SAP, AXEL partner on business solutions for south-south

The Port Harcourt -based Axel Enterprise Systems Limited, in partnership with global business solutions developer SAP, has collaborated to showcase the best of breed business solutions.

DigitalSENSE Business News gathered that at an event in Port Harcourt, a director, Axel, Mr. Chude Osiegbu, the event was aimed at enlightening the private and public sector players especially within the South-south region of Nigeria, on the benefits of using SAP business solutions.

Axel Enterprise Systems Limited, he said, used the event to enlighten representatives of businesses in the company.

While explaining the full meaning of SAP as an acronym for Systems, Applications and Products in data processing, the Axel spokesman further disclosed that SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are fully integrated business real-time systems that enable transactions to be processed end-to-end and eliminate data inconsistencies between sub-systems.

He also revealed that currently, many companies replace their old business systems with the best-of-breed ERP package developed by SAP.

Corroborating this position, the SAP Partner Manager Account Manager, Ayokanmi Ayuba, who was present at the event, made it clear that using SAP ERP suite in providing business solutions is a step to organizational success. She said SAP had been tried and trusted and with Axel’s presence in Port-Harcourt Nigeria, provision of SAP business solutions is not far-fetched. She encouraged all companies present to grab this opportunity, by joining the winning companies, who already use SAP.

She further went on to deliver an in-depth presentation on the values of SAP in this industry in direct relation to the various pain points experienced in the specific industry.
