Managing Director of Task Systems Limited, Mr. Stanley Okpalaeke, has reiterated the readiness of the company to improve decision making business with technologies.

This is coming as DigitalSENSE Business News confirms Task Systems has been elevated to the gold partner of NETAPP, world leaders in storage and management solutions.

Okpalaeke made this assertion while receiving a Gold Partnership plaque from NetApp recently, noting that one of the most fundamental truths of the 21st Century, is that technology reduces the chances of failure in business by over 50 per cent and time for decision making is getting shorter.

Expectations from businesses, he said, have made huge investments in technology not only high, “they are sky high.”

Okpalaeke pointed out that the need for technology is so critical because the space of time within which decisions must be made by business leaders is shrinking by the day as global competition continues to get more aggressive.

“Entrepreneurs and business managers must decide in split seconds what options are best for their enterprises at any given time,” he said.

The challenge of providing the right technology to businesses to improve their decision making processes, he said, is a sure source of pressure for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions providers, who automatically take the blame or credit for the failure or success of their customers’ businesses.

Emphasising that the Gold Partnership Award was in recognition of the deepening technical competence of Task Systems, in helping organizations store, manage, protect, and retain one of their most precious assets, their data.

“This Gold Partnership means that companies can depend on the partnership between Task Systems and NetApp to enhance their competitiveness by improved access to information, for better decision making,” Okpalaeke said.

Stressing that the Gold Partnership also meant that the service oriented marketing strategies adopted by Task Systems’ management were bearing fruit in line with the vision of the founding fathers of the company, to deliver quality ICT solutions to organizations within Nigeria and the sub-saharan region.  “We are investing more in our human capital and with this attainment of Gold partnership with NetApp, we are poised to offer even better pricing to our growing customer base” he revealed.

DigitalSENSE Business News recalls that Task Systems being aware that technology is one of the main differentiating factors between businesses, had entered into a partnership with NetApp in 2010 to expand its solution offerings to its customers.

Before this partnership, Task had remained the foremost ICT solutions provider in the oil and gas sector; but with this partnership, Task is consolidating its position in this sector to the delight of its customers. This consolidation has also seen Task Systems increasingly becoming a key player in the banking and finance, telecommunications and government sectors.
