Etisalat Nigeria, Mr. Wael Ammar, at the launch of Etisalat Mini Experience Centre,
held at WheatBaker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos, recently.
The management of both Etisalat and Total has assured Nigerians that their partnership on 45 Mini Experience Centres nationwide has a brighter future for their customers.

Responding to queries by DigitalSENSE Business News at the unveiling in Lagos, recently, the managing director of Etisalat Nigeria, Mr. Steve Evans and general manager, marketing at Total Nigeria, Mr. Yahaya Yunusa, who stood in for managing director, Total Petroleum Nigeria, Mr. Francois Boussagol, gave this assurance.

According to Evans, the Etisalat Mini Experience Centres located at Total Service Stations are of
state-of-the-arts.

DigitalSENSE Business News recalls that the two companies had in June 2012 formally signed a Master Lease Agreement to establish retail sales outlets in select Total service stations nationwide. The Master Lease Agreement was signed in Lagos between the Chairman of Etisalat Nigeria, Mr. Hakeem Bello-Osagie, and a team of Total Nigeria staff, led by its Managing Director, Mr. Francois Boussagol.

“For us at Etisalat, customer focus simply means putting customers at the centre of all business decisions, ensuring that our customers can access our products easily and can easily deal with any issues that they have experienced with our service,” Evans said.

He stressed that it has been Etisalat’s strategic objective to deliver world class telecommunications services that are relevant and aligned to the needs and lifestyles of customers.

“It is for this reason that Etisalat has decided to partner with a global and reputable organisation like Total with the relevant expertise and experience in delivering world class products and services. Choosing the right partner is important, and we feel that both brands represent quality and will reinforce each other’s values,” he said.
For the managing director, Total Petroleum Nigeria, Mr. Francois Boussagol, his company could not have chosen a better telecom partner for such an initiative.

As said by him, apart from being the fastest growing telecom operator in Nigeria, Etisalat has so far displayed dynamism, ambition and customer focus in the course of its relatively short time in country.

He recounting the partnership as a win-win situation for both parties, Boussagol said the partnership with Etisalat is to further enhance customers’ experience.

“We strive to build and sustain trust, so our passion for quality is unyielding, and we could not resist the chance to partner with Nigeria’s fastest growing and most innovative telecommunications network to further enhance our customers’ experience,” he said.
