‘Why SystemSpecs elevated Six mgt staff’

Leading electronic-Payment management solutions provider, SystemSpecs Nigeria, has explained why some of its six-man staff was recently elevated into the management cadre.

Disclosing this, the managing director, Mr. John Obaro said the promotions were integral part of a bouquet of company-wide recognition and commendation exercise in which employees at other cadres of the system have earlier been duly recognized.

He also said the promotions came after the company’s recent Board Meeting chaired by Dr. Christopher Kolade.

“These promotions were approved by the company’s Board of Directors in recognition of the commendable contributions, dedication, commitment and loyalty that these managers have shown to the company,” he said.

A supporting press statement made available to DigitalSENSE Business News by Head, Brand and Marketing, Moses Braimah, showed the beneficiaries include Emmanuel Eze, Demola Igbalajobi and Paul Ibidun who are now General Managers (GMs); Uche Obiofuma, Deputy General Manager (DGM); while Abayomi Oniku and Olugbenga Oludaisi are now Assistant General Managers (AGMs).

Braimah said that Eze, the Chief Technology Officer of SystemSpecs is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a PhD candidate in Computer Science at the Centre for Internet Computing, University of Hull, UK, Eze is also a member of some prestigious international professional bodies including British Computer Society, IEEE Computer Society, Association of Computing Machinery to name a few.
Igbalajobi is the Group Head of Remita Services at SystemSpecs. An accountant by profession, Igbalajobi is a seasoned Project Management Professional with over 20 years multi-industry experience. Prior to joining SystemSpecs, he has had a long spell with IBM, UK where he managed software implementation and applications development projects.

Ibidun is the Group Head, Corporate Services. He is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Ibadan and has a Masters in Industrial & Labour Relations from the same University.  With an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Paul is a certified Project Management Professional, an astute Business Administrator and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of the Lagos Business School. He has over 25 years distinguished career in Administration and HR that has spanned indigenous and international organizations.

Obiofuma is the Group Head, SystemSpecs Abuja Operations. A graduate of Computer Science & Engineering from Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Obiofuma is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Maastricht Institute of Management, Netherlands and has attended several managerial and project management courses in Nigeria and overseas.

Oniku leads our Strategic Remita Business Development and Services Team. He is a graduate of Economics, a Chartered Accountant, a member of Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and an alumnus of the Accenture Learning Centre, Chicago. Prior to joining SystemSpecs, he had worked at the Central Bank of Nigeria and Accenture Nigeria. Oniku is a shrewd business processes management professional.

Oludaisi is the Team Lead of our Remita Support & Operations. A Chartered Accountant, Oludaisi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA) and a graduate of Accounting from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. A meticulous and dependable professional, Oludaisi has over 20 years professional work experience spanning the manufacturing, financial services and public service sectors of the economy.
