Acclaimed phone retailer
based in Lagos-Nigeria, the Slot Systems Limited has advanced plans to expand
its presence to member-countries of the Economic Community of West Africa
(ECOWAS), reports DigitalSENSE Business
News.
The chief executive
officer of Slot Systems Limited, Mr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo made this disclosure to DigitalSENSE Business News in a
chat on the 15 years anniversary of the company in Lagos.
Although he was not
specific as to the first port of call as far as the expansion is concerned,
industry analysts hinted DigitalSENSE
Business News that Ghana is likely on top the list of ECOWAS countries to
be soon receive Slot Systems, from where the mobile device retailer tends to
grow revenue in the coming years.
Ezeigbo accompanied by the Managing Director, Slot Systems Ltd, Mrs. Ezeigbo and General Manager, Marketing, Mr. Stanley Uzoechina, restated the resolve of the company to maintain the best practices Slot is known for in terms of customers services on devices, including mobile phones, computers, cameras, laptops, among others.
As said by him, nowadays, consumers’
aware of their rights and benefits cannot be over-emphasised, hence Slot Systems
cannot afford customer services that is below international standards, so as to
remain in tune with customers demands within right prices and products.
Complaints by mobile devices users in Nigeria have radically been brought to minimum due to the fact that companies like Slot invested heavily in effective customer care alongside by Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

“Slot has partnered and
advised other equipment manufacturers on the need to improve on the quality of
their products and after-sales services,” he said.
DigitalSENSE Business News gathered that currently, Slot Systems has some 35 stores located nationwide, just as, Slot has provided employment to over 450 Nigerians and business opportunities to hundreds of contractors and service providers.
