SystemSpecs was voted the Nigeria’s Software Company of
the Year by over 55,000 readers of Nigeria CommunicationsWeek, according to the
organizers of the 2013 Beacon of ICT Awards held in Lagos recently.
Confirming this to DigitalSENSE Business News, the
Editor-in-Chief of Nigeria CommunicationsWeek, Ken Nwogbo, said SystemSpecs was
chosen by Nigerians who recognize and appreciate the leadership position in
developing software in Nigeria and as a clear leader in Information and
Communications Technology business process and integration.
Responding, the Managing Director of
SystemSpecs, Mr. John Obaro, who was represented by Demola Igbalajobi, the
Group Head Remita Services, commended the organizers for the honour and called
for continued support for the industry.
“We are pleased by this award and the
endorsement we are getting for making our humble contributions to the
development of this industry. Nigeria is a great country which cannot attain
her full potential except software Nigeria is given the kind of support it
deserves,” he said.

industry heavy weights like including former Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian
Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Ernest Ndukwe, Director, SystemSpecs,
