‘Sleep on a Mouka’ campaign hits street


 MOUKA Limited has commenced what industry watchers described as a strategy to deepen its market share and relationship with customers by stressing on the importance of having a good sleep, undoubtedly on Muoka foams, NaijaAgroNet reports.
Also, NaijaAgroNet gathered that the campaign tagged ‘Sleep on a Mouka, Not on the Job’  the company tend to position itself, which will see interested persons winning exciting prizes on social media engagement, including a chance to star in the company’s commercial, by uploading original photos of themselves or their friends as they sleep while performing a task.
 During the eight-week campaign, several people will win a Mouka cutie pillow weekly for the first seven weeks, while the grand winner to emerge on the eighth week would win a Mouka Exquisite Mattress, two cutie pillows and a chance to star in the company’s next series of commercials. The campaign is billed to run from 20th January to 17th March, 2014.
 The Managing Director, Mouka Limited, Mrs. Peju Adebajo, said that the company was happy to kick-start a new year with highlighting, through a fun platform, how a lack of proper sleep can hamper people’s output on the job and use this campaign to thank customers and loyalists for their support during the past year. “Every year, we emphasise the need for people to get enough sleep and on the right mattress. The ‘Sleep on a Mouka, Not the Job’campaign was designed with the customer in mind, to tell the benefits of sleep but in a subtle manner. We are happy with the response we have received so far.”
 National Business Manager, Kayode Okuwa, while explaining the mechanics of the campaign, said, “just take pictures of you and/or your friends sleeping on the job, or in a funny situation/poses and upload same on our facebook timeline. For each of the first seven weeks, we will give a Mouka cutie pillow to the owner of the winning picture with the highest number of likes.”
 The highpoint would be the eight week that would see the overall winner of the campaign earn a chance to star in the company’s next set of commercials while also going home with Mouka Exquisite Mattress and two Mouka Cutie Pillows.
 In this era of the social media and mobile communications expectations are high that this campaign will resonate well with the youth segment of the society as the mobile device would play a big role in keying into Mouka’s campaign.
