Land Rover 2: Machine with Emergency Brake Assistant

THE Land Rover LR2 has an Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) system which detects emergency, instructing the electronic brake actuator to boost hydraulic pressure in order to help improve driver’s stopping distance.
Among other interesting features of the LR2 is its six-speed automatic transmission, with Command Shift for automatic transmission, allowing the driver to make manual sequential changes.
And its Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) prevent the wheels from locking up while under heavy braking and on slippery surfaces, giving the driver a chance to maintain control of the vehicle.
Its 2.0 litre engine provides state-of-the-art turbocharged efficiency with the refinement and performance.
With the permanent intelligent all-wheel drive of the LR2, the vehicle gives a better on-road fuel economy by adapting continuously and instantaneously to the conditions, with the electronic center coupling centered at LR’s intelligent four-wheel drive system.
While no technology can remove the need for safe driving practice, the Roll Stability Control (RSC) system can help the driver to maintain vehicle control and balance. If the system senses that the vehicle is approaching a tipping point, it will reduce engine power and use the ABS to increase the turn radius to help reduce the likelihood of roll-over.
Some of the key interior features include:
*Remote steering wheel controls for audio system
*Sun visors with illuminated vanity mirrors
*Cubby Box with sliding cover
*Driver Instrument Panel & Cluster
*Sun Visors - Driver and Front Passenger
*Seat belts - Front Pre-Tensioners with Load Limiters
*Map pockets rear of front seats
*Carpet mats, front and rear
*New instrument cluster graphics
*Analog Clock in Center Console
*Four cup-holders and four bottle holders
*Door inserts to match seats
*Leather Steering Wheel (with steering wheel controls)
